Hi, my name is Alex,
and I’m going to show you how you can use AI Flow Chat to automate writing articles for SEO purposes.

I’ve prepared a flow that:

Takes in some input you provide
Processes it through an AI pipeline
Outputs the article in Markdown format—ready to be added to your blog, CMS, or codebase

Starting Fresh

Here’s a fresh new flow showing the default setup.
I’m going to delete the last two notes, then add a text note and connect it to the play node.

Next, I’ll add a group and label it Source Material and Resources.
This is where we’ll collect all the websites and blog articles the AI will use as factual grounding.
This helps prevent hallucinations—especially for new topics that weren’t part of the AI’s training data.

Setting the Title & Hook

The text note will contain our title and hook.
It’s best to give the AI some direction instead of letting it run without guidance.

For this example:
Title: What is an AI Companion? Its Impact on Society
Hook: Loneliness continues to rise across all age groups. If you’re feeling disconnected from others, perhaps AI chatbots are the solution.

Adding Source Material

I’ve collected a few articles from the internet:

I’ll paste each link into the group and arrange them neatly.

Writing the Article

Outline Creation
- Add a prompt note
- Connect it to the title/hook and source materials
- Use GPT-5 with this prompt:

Editor Role
- Add another prompt note (GPT-5)
- Paste in a detailed “editor role” prompt that sets tone, checkpoints, formatting rules, and instructions for the writer
- Connect it to the title and resources
- Output to a text note so we can easily see the editor’s instructions
Writer Role
- Add a new prompt note (GPT-5)
- Prompt:
  
  You are a writer. Please follow the editor’s instructions and output the full article, section by section.
- Connect the title and resources to this note

Final Editing

To fine-tune the style:

Add a prompt note (Gemini 2.5) acting as a professional copy editor
Provide rules such as:
- Reduce use of em dashes
- Remove conclusions that feel overly AI-generated
Output to a final text note

Running the Flow

Press the play button at the start of the flow
The AI will:
- Generate the outline
- Role-play as an editor
- Write the article
- Apply final edits

After running, here’s what it produced for our example:
