Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
We aim to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible. This policy outlines how to cancel your AIFlowChat subscription and what happens after cancellation.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in several ways:
- Through your account settings page
- By contacting our support team
- Via email to alex@aiflowchat.com
3. Cancellation Timeline
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation
- You'll receive email confirmation of your cancellation
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- Existing workflows will remain accessible but inactive
4. Effects of Cancellation
After cancellation:
- Your AI workflows will become inactive at the end of your billing period
- Workflow analytics data will no longer be collected
- Automated processes will stop
- Account settings and workflow configurations will be preserved for 30 days
5. Data Retention and Deletion
After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days. During this period, you can reactivate your account with all your previous workflows, settings, and data. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data deletion protocols. This deletion is irreversible and includes all workflows, configurations, and associated data. We may retain certain anonymized or aggregated data for analytical purposes, and any data required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
6. Immediate Service Termination
We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice if: (a) you violate our Terms of Service; (b) we detect unauthorized or fraudulent use of the service; (c) you exceed usage limits or fail to pay fees; or (d) your use poses a security risk or could harm other users. In such cases, you may not be eligible for any refund or credit.
7. AI Processing Credits
Any unused AI processing credits will remain available until the end of your billing period. These credits cannot be refunded or transferred.
8. Reactivation
If you decide to return to AIFlowChat:
- You can reactivate within 30 days to restore all data and workflows
- After 30 days, you'll need to create a new account
- Previous workflow configurations may need to be recreated
- New subscription rates may apply
9. Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information about refund eligibility and process.
