• Create and run AI workflows
• Upload content for processing
• Connect third-party services such as Google Drive (file metadata including file names, types, and sizes, and file content for the files you select)
• Use our services
• Contact our support team
• Subscribe to our newsletters

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Process your payment transactions
• Improve our features
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Communicate with you about products, services, and events
• Monitor and analyze trends and usage

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With your consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and prevent fraud
• With service providers who assist in our operations
• With AI service providers to process your workflows

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

6. AI Data Processing

Our service processes your content using AI technologies. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) your content will be processed by AI models; (b) we may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your usage to improve our services, except where prohibited by a third-party data provider's policies (for example, data obtained via Google APIs is never used for analytics, model training, or service improvement beyond providing the user-facing features you requested); (c) you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any content you submit for AI processing; and (d) you will not submit any sensitive, confidential, or personal information unless specifically required and authorized by the service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

AI Flow Chat allows you to connect third-party services (such as Google Drive and Notion) to use as data sources within your AI workflows. When you connect a third-party integration:

• We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide the integration functionality (for example, read-only access to your Google Drive files).
• We access your third-party data only when you explicitly configure a workflow node to use it and when that workflow is executed.
• We do not store raw copies of your third-party files beyond what is necessary for transient processing. Extracted text content is stored as workflow node output within your account.
• We do not share your third-party data with other users or external parties beyond what is described in Section 3 (Information Sharing).
• You can disconnect any third-party integration at any time from your Integrations settings page, which revokes our access to that service.

Google Drive. When you connect Google Drive, we request read-only access to your files (the drive.readonly scope). We use this access solely to let you browse and select files as input to your AI workflows, and to download selected file content for text extraction during workflow execution. We do not modify, delete, or create files in your Google Drive.

When a workflow runs, the extracted text from your Google Drive files may be sent to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) as described in Section 3 (Information Sharing) solely to perform the AI processing you configured in that workflow. These providers process the data under their own data-processing agreements and do not receive access to your Google Drive account.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use it to train generalized machine learning or AI models unrelated to the user-requested functionality in your workflow.

AI Flow Chat's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Data Processing Limitations

While we implement robust security measures, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for: (a) ensuring the appropriateness of content submitted for processing; (b) obtaining necessary permissions for any third-party data; and (c) complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse processing of any content that violates our terms or applicable laws.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Third-party file content (including Google Drive files) is accessed on demand and processed transiently for extraction. We do not retain raw copies of those files beyond the processing window, except where required for security, legal, or compliance purposes.

Extracted text outputs that become part of your workflows are retained as account data until you delete them or request account deletion. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at alex@aiflowchat.com.

10. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and track information about your browsing activities. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
