By accessing and using AIFlowChat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIFlowChat is a service that allows users to automate their AI workflows and tasks. The Service includes features for creating, managing, and executing AI workflows, automation tools, analytics tracking, and customization options for content generation, research analysis, and data processing.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify AIFlowChat of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AIFlowChat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service.

8. AI Usage and Limitations

The Service utilizes AI technology to automate workflows and generate content. You expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or undesirable content; (b) you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI outputs before use; (c) we make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI outputs for any purpose; and (d) you assume all risks associated with using AI-generated content in your operations. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of AI-generated content.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but make no guarantees about uninterrupted access or specific performance levels. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any part thereof.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIFlowChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: (a) errors or omissions in any content generated through our AI workflows; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service; (d) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our service; and (e) any loss of data or content. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the six months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
