Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This refund policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your AIFlowChat subscription.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing workflow execution
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service cancellation within 14 days of first subscription
  • Unauthorized charges
  • Significant service outages affecting your workflows

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team within the eligible timeframe
  • Provide your account details and reason for refund
  • Include any relevant documentation or error logs
  • Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service
  • Usage of successfully completed workflows
  • Add-on features or services
  • Subscriptions active for more than 14 days
  • Services already fully delivered
  • AI processing credits once used or partially used
  • Charges for exceeded usage limits or additional resources
  • Any service usage during free trial periods

5. Service Interruptions

While we strive to maintain high service availability, temporary service interruptions, degraded performance, or minor technical issues do not automatically qualify for refunds. Refunds for service outages are evaluated based on severity, duration, and impact on critical workflows.

6. Payment Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. You must explicitly request a refund if eligible.

8. AI Processing Credits

Any unused AI processing credits at the time of cancellation are non-refundable but will remain available until the end of your billing period.

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
