Refund Policy

1. Overview
Due to the nature of our platform, which provides immediate access to AI processing resources upon subscription, all purchases on AIFlowChat are considered final. We do not offer general refunds for subscription purchases, renewals, or one-time payments. However, we are happy to help resolve billing errors as described below.
2. Billing Error Exceptions
If a billing error occurs on our end, we will make it right. The following situations may qualify for a correction:
- A confirmed duplicate charge for the same billing period
- An unauthorized charge where the account holder did not initiate or authorize the transaction
Please reach out within 48 hours of the charge appearing on your statement so we can look into it promptly. Note that general dissatisfaction with features, performance, or AI output quality does not qualify as a billing error.
3. How to Report a Billing Error
To help us investigate quickly, please include the following in your email:
- Your account email, transaction ID, and date of charge
- A brief description of the issue along with any supporting documentation (e.g., bank statement showing duplicate charges)
We review billing inquiries within 10-14 business days. If a correction is approved, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
4. What Is Not Eligible for Refunds
Because our service delivers value immediately upon access, the following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription purchases, renewals, and upgrades
- Partial months or unused portions of a billing period
- AI processing credits, whether used or unused
- Add-on features, premium integrations, or one-time purchases
- Charges for exceeded usage limits or overage fees
- Usage during free trial or promotional periods
- Downgrade differences when switching to a lower-tier plan
- Services where AI-generated output has been delivered
5. Service Interruptions
While we work hard to keep AIFlowChat running smoothly, occasional interruptions, maintenance windows, or temporary technical issues may occur and are not eligible for refunds. If a significant outage (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) occurs due to an issue on our end, we may offer account credit proportional to the affected period at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, your account may be suspended while we investigate. We take fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims seriously and may terminate accounts involved in such activity.
7. Payment Method
Any approved billing corrections are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may vary.
8. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
9. AI Processing Credits
AI processing credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits remain available until the end of your billing period but do not roll over to subsequent periods.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
11. Final Say
All refund and billing correction decisions are made at the discretion of AIFlowChat and are considered final.
